2. Products and Orders

• Product Accuracy: We strive to ensure that product images, descriptions, and colors are displayed accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate.
• Pricing: All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is a mistake in pricing.
• Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item you ordered is unavailable after the order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

3. Payment and Billing

• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, as detailed on our website (e.g., Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery in select areas).
• Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): COD services are subject to specific terms (e.g., maximum order value, location limits) which may be updated from time to time. Orders may be cancelled if COD requirements are not met.

4. Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

• Shipping: We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., logistics partner issues, natural disasters, or public holidays). Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Serasports pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
• Returns Policy: Returns and exchanges are strictly governed by our Limited Returns & Exchanges Policy. We only accept returns or exchanges in the event of a wrong product delivered, damaged/defective product, or size issue. Returns for any other reason are not permitted.
• Customized Products: Customized products (jerseys with names, numbers, etc.) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the error in customization was made by Serasports.

5. User Conduct and Intellectual Property

• Prohibited Use: You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
• Intellectual Property: All content on this site, including images, graphics, logos, text, product names, and software, is the property of Serasports or its content suppliers and protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Use of our intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Serasports shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product.
